Needless to say he was very far in the game and created 3 cribs. He went into the trunk and the computer froze there, he was not able to get out so we did a shut down - ctrl alt delete and he ended up losing his whole profile. HOW CAN WE GET THAT BACK? IS THERE A WAY TO GET ALL HIS INFORMATION BACK? The whole file was wiped clean so he lost all the work he did trophies, etc. Is says the file is missing or broken. The file is completely blank.
